Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation
required to construct a new replacement SSP bulkhead, concrete cap and
concrete apron at USCG Station Annapolis, Maryland. Work includes the
following: 1.1 Remove the top portion of the existing steel sheet pile
bulkhead; 1.2 Construct a new steel sheet pile bulkhead in front of the
existing bulkhead. The new bulkhead shall be anchored with
post-tensioned soil anchors encapsulated in a continuous reinforced
concrete cap on top of the bulkhead. 1.3 Remove the existing concrete
curb and gutter and asphalt pavements directly behind the existing
steel sheet pile bulkhead. 1.4 Gravel fill between the new steel sheet
pile bulkhead and the existing bulkhead. 1.5 Construct a reinforced
concrete apron slab. 1.6 Remove the existing timber curb and install a
new CCA treated timber curb on top of the reinforced concrete cap. 1.7
Remove a section of the existing pier to construct the new bulkhead.
Replace the removed pier section with new timber and piles. Remove the
existing shore ties on the pier section to be removed and reinstall
them on new pier section. 1.8 Remove the existing wood fender piles and
replace with new fender piles. The period of performance is 125 days
after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Estimated range is $250,000.00 to
$500,000.00. The SIC Code for this procurement is 1629. Size standard

Information Line. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION BEING SOLICITED
AND AWARDED UNDER THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION
PROGRAM. However, FAR Clause 52.219-23, Notice of Price Adjustment for
Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns; and FAR 52.219-4, Notice of
Price Evaluation for HUBZone Small Business Concerns may be applicable.
This clause allows a price adjustment factor for small disadvantaged
