This acquisition and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11 US Fish & Wildlife Service has a priority need for a total of 6 (six) new outboard motors as follows: 3 (three) each Honda (brand name or equal), 4 cycle, 130 hp 25" shaft outboard motors and 3 (three) each Honda (brand name or equal), 4 cycle, 130 hp 25" shaft counter rotator outboard motors with all instruments and propellers mounted and installed on 3 (three) each US FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE FURNISHED 25 ft Boston Whaler boats that will be in Anchorage, Alaska. Outboard motors must be installed by 1 July 1999. Quotes must be FOB: Anchorage, Alaska installed on the Government furnished Boston Whalers. Delivery, inspection and acceptance will be at US Fish & Wildlife Service, 1011 East Tudor Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99503 on or before 1 July 1999.
