The Marine Corps has a requirement for the following Audio Books/Tapes to be sent to Marine Detachments deployed aboard 31 Navy ships. Three copies of each are required for each ship. It is the government's intent to make one award for this acquisition. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is found to be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered (Past Performance). 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. Offerors must include a completed copy of this provision with their quote. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, plus any subsequent addenda. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items.
