Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA., intends to purchase services to be performed as a continuation of the programming of Xyvision Production Publisher (XPP) currently in process at NSWCCD-SSES. This will enable NSWCCD-SSES to publish SGML Technical Manuals (TM) for both electronic and paper delivery to the fleet. Tasks are: 1) setup of remaining undefined SGML elements; this completes the mapping of all elements used by NSWCCD-SSES in TMs. 2) dynamic figure sizing; provides for the atuomatic scaling of figures to "fit" into the region defined in the SGML. 3) PDF coding; coding required to pass the SGML linking element functionally through to the PDF file, 4) POG and TAB styles; development of style sheets necessary to produce these specific types of SRD TMs. 5) Baseline Processing; assistance in the initial baselinning of all current SGML documents (approx. 3000 TMs) at NSWCCD-SSES.
