Wayne, Indiana area, held under the authority of various United States Statutes. A firm-fixed- price-requirements type contract with a one year base and four one year options is anticipated. Services for the base year will be October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000. Services for the base year and each of the four one year options shall include services for 10 inmates as follows: intake assessment (one per inmate), individual counseling sessions (24 -- half hour sessions per inmate), group counseling sessions (48 -- half hour sessions per inmate). All services shall be performed in accordance with the Transitional Services Statement of Work "Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Substance Abuse Treatment", dated May 1999. Proper licensing in the state of Indiana is required. The estimated issue date is o/a June 24, 1999. The estimated closing date for the RFP is July 23, 1999.
