The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire, through full and open competition, maintenance services of Government-owned Honeywell DPS6 Computer System Equipment; to support the Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS); located at the United Stated Naval Station, Roosevelt Roads, Cieba, Puerto Rico. This commercial services requirement will be satisfied using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Services are required for a twelve-month base period, to commence 1 October 1999, with option provisions for four consecutive twelve-month option periods. On-call, remedial and preventive maintenance services are required. A firm-fixed price contract is intended.
