Performance period is split as follows: 983 and 984 -- 16 August 1999
through 3 September 1999; Mkv 985 and 986 -- 6 through 24 September
1999. All west coastwide sources who currently hold, or are qualified
for and willing to enter into an Agreement for Boat Repair (DFAR
217.71) prior to award, may submit a bid which sall considered by this
agency. Firms which do not possess a Master Ship Repair
Agreement/Agreement for Boat Repair (as applicable) are ineligible for
award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an
assessment of their MSRA/ABR application and to execute the applicable
MSRA/ABR without impacting the vessel's availability dates. It is
impracticable to distribute the applicable NAVSEA Standard Items. These
