L -- THIS BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT SHALL PROVIDE FOR TADS/PNVS ENGINEERING, TECHNICAL, AND LOGISTICAL SUPPORT SERVICES. Army Aviation and Missile Command proposes to award Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) DAAH23-99-G-0013 to sole source contractor Lockheed Martin Electronic and Missile, 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, Florida, to acquire engineering, technical, and logisitics support for the TADS/PNVS Systems and support equipment for both the AH-64A and AH-64D aircraft. The proposed method of procurement will be by issuance of delivery orders against the BOA under the authority and justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U. S. C. 2304 (C) (1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy the agency requirements. Interested sources are encouraged to identify themselves in writing to the contracting officer. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
