Smiley (703)602-4937 The Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) has a requirement to provide continuation of end user support for the Uniform Microcomputer Disbursing System (UMIDS), the Evaluation and Analysis Reports System (EARS), JUMPS, Temporary Lodging Allowance (JTLA) application and other designated system interfaces as required by competent authority. DFAS intends to establish a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), but reserves the right to issue multiple agreements. Only Federal Supply Schedule holders will be considered for award. The period of performance for the BPA will be for one (1) year with a potential of two (2) additional years. The Request for Quotation (MDA220-99-Q-0060) will be posted on the DFAS website and can be accessed at http://www.dfas.mil/news/contract/.
