Luis Maestas 307-775-6057 Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment,
supplies and other incidentals, necessary to conduct the Snake River
contingent Value Methodology Study. This will include designing an
information survey program and then utilize it to conduct a study by
interviewing randomly selected respondents in the Jackson Hole,
Wyomining area during tourist season. The resulting contractor will
also be required to furnish a mail survey with follow-up second notices
to those respondents not replying to the first mailing. The results of
the study will be analyzed using statistics and the contractor will
produce two reports placing market values on the non-market
commodities. One report will be along the lines of a scientific journal
article and the other report will become part of the Bureau of Land
Management (BLM) Resource Management Plan (RPM). The values derived
from this study will be used to assist the BLM Pinedale field Office in
their efforts to prioritize the alternatives analyzed in the RMP. In
addition to BLM'suse of the study, the results will be used by Teton
National Park in their open space study focusing on areas outside the
park boundaries that are either adjacent to the park or in the
