MODIFICATION OF MASTER IDIQ CONTRACT NUMBER 282-97-0010 The Program Support Center (PSC)/Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is a fee for service agency that performs administrative, financial and logistical services to various client agencies throughout the Federal government. PSC intends to modify the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Master Task Order contracts that were awarded as a result of solicitation number 282-97-0010. Awards were made to twenty-three (23) contractors as a result of solicitation number 282-97-0010. Those awards were made in the following technical areas: Program Assessment, Policy Assessment, Evaluation Design/Studies and Technical Assistance. In an effort to better serve our clients, PSC intends to modify the IDIQ Master Task Order contracts to accomplish the following: 1. The dollar limit for any individual task order will be raised from $1 million to $2 million dollars. 2. Contractors may now perform work in any of the four (4) technical areas without regard to the original classifications. 3. Procedures and FAR clauses will be incorporated into the IDIQ Master Contracts to allow for the use of fixed price task orders. 4. The overall IDIQ Master Contract ceilings will be raised to accommodate the additional work that is anticipated from a new federal PSC client. 5. Website design and implementation, within limited parameters, will be viewed as being with the scope of the Master Contracts. This notice should not be construed as an opportunity to join the list of the CURRENT list of PSC IDIQ contractors. No new awards will be made as a result of this notice. If you are interested in becoming an IDIQ contractor for the Program Support Center, a solicitation is currently being developed for release in the very near future. The new procurement identified below will have same characteristics as the newly modified IDIQ Master Contracts identified above. The solicitation to add new IDIQ contractors appeared in print form in the CBD on May 27, 1999 under solicitation number 282-99- 0036, Carol Quave, Contracting Officer.
