SUCCESSFUL PROGRAM/CONTRACT MANAGEMENT Date:June 17-18, 1999 This course focuses on current best practices in project management and provides a comprehensive approach to planning, budgeting, base-lining and scheduling, monitoring, decision analysis and other organizational development issues for any size of program or project. It is a must for all profit-center managers and key personnel. Emphasis is also placed on the program/project manager's role as a "facilitative" leader and the proper assessment of the dynamics of program communication and leadership skills. A systematic approach to identify teams, deliverables, milestones and focus items is reviewed. Participants are also familiarized with integrating TQM techniques into project management as well as how to develop and use tools such as WBS, CPM, PERT and GANTT charts.
