Work includes, but is not limited to, site work and construction of a new one-story addition of approximately 9,100 SF to the existing youth center. This addition contains a gymnasium, men's and women's rest rooms, classrooms, office, storage and mechanical rooms. The work includes excavation, grading, landscaping, sidewalks, concrete foundations and floor slabs, structural steel and wood framing, brick veneer, shingled roof, interior work and finishes, hollow metal doors, wood windows, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and communications equipment. No parking or pavement work is included. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Issue date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 13 Jul 99 with closing date of 30 days after issuance.
