The following principle features of work do not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work required by the plans and specifications. They include, but are not limited to: (a) Work in main hangar bay, (b) Work in mixing room, (c)Paint booth/paint room and all other work, (d) Electrical room addition, (e) New stairs, (f) Jib crane and hoist. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The performance period will be for 275 calendar days. This procurement is being issued on an unrestricted basis with small disadvantaged business evaluation preference. Contract award will be determined using the new Air Force Basic Source Selection Procedures. This office proposes to issue an RFP F03602-99-R0012 on or about 22 July 99.
