Work will consist of a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction work on real property at Sheppard AFB TX and Lake Texoma Recreational Annex. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with firm fixed price task orders issued using prices from the Unit Price Book. Performance period will be for one year with three one-year option periods to be exercised at the government's option. Solicitation will be issued under multiple award procedures and two contracts will be awarded. One contract will be awarded under competitive 8(a) procedures and one contract will be awarded under full and open competition procedures. This does not preclude award of both contracts to 8(a) firms. Solicitation is open to 8(a) firms nationwide. Bid bonds will be required from all offerors including 8(a) firms. Cost of each contract will be a $50,000 minimum for the life of the contract and a maximum of $4,000,000 for the life of the contract. Registration for the solicitation is requested once it is posted since this will be the only source of information available from which to compile a source of interested offerors.
