Scope of work includes but is not limited to furnishing all labor, material and equipment necessary to: Remove 2 -- 75 ton chillers (presently operational) from the basement of Flint Federal Building with condensers and water chilled pumps, to the area assigned by building manager; move 2 -- 85 ton chillers, condensers and chilled water pumps (furnished by the Government) from the building loading dock to the building basement; remove existing 120/208 volts, 2000 amps switchboard from the building basement to the area assigned by the building manager; install on concrete pad, 2 -- government furnished chillers with associated pumps, and connect to the existing piping; furnish and install 480 volts, 800 amps panel; relocate elevator control panel and furnish and install dry type 150 KVA transformer for the elevator service. Work will be performed at the Federal Building, 600 Church Street, Flint, Michigan. The completion time for this project is 180 calendar days. Standard Industrialization Code (SIC) is 1711 with a size standard of $7 million. The estimated price for the work covered by this solicitation is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. This is a negotiated procurement, there will NOT be a public opening.
