The work shall consist of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials for the construction work to Improve Fuel Stand Facility 1439 to include the following: Removal and patching of existing pavement; construction of new motorized valve for catch basin. Removal of existing canopy structure and footings; construction of new pre-engineered canopy structure and footings, including removing and reinstalling adjacent fuel pumps, air hose and other appurtenances. Removal of existing light fixtures, construction of new light fixtures and switch for motorized valve, including associated conduit and wiring. Provision of new hazardous storage locker, including new concrete pad. Contract period is 180 calendar days. The work site will be in use during construction. This project has been checked for lead-based paint (LBP). LBP was found that will affect the project. Specifications will identify locations & handling requirements. In conformance with FAR 19-1300 this acquisition is being considered for a hubzone set-aside.
