Provide all labor, supervision, materials tools, transportation, equipment and supplies necessary to repair base sanitary sewer systems at McChord AFB, WA. The Government intends to award an IDC contract with a one-year base period and no option periods. Contract period to be one year from the date of award. Task orders will be awarded upon the availability of funds. The minimum guarantee for the resulting contract will be $200,000.00. Work shall consist of, but is not limited to, (a) repair/replacement of sanitary sewer piping system, (b) repair and /or replacement of concrete manholes, (c) pre and post construction video of the areas to be repaired/replaced, and (d) necessary site work to include excavation, trenching, earthwork, concrete curbing, sidewalks, gutters, paving, and sodding. All work shall be performed according to the applicable specifications, drawings and provisions of the resulting contract. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. In conformance withFAR 19-1300 this acquisition is being considered for a Hubzone set-aside.
