Wiesbaden Regional Contracting Center intends to solicit and award a contract for facilities maintenance and repair of U.S Army hospitals in Germany. These services are in support of the U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM). Locations include Landstuhl, Heidelberg, Wuerzburg and their outlying clinics (to include Italy). The period of performance is for one base year and four one-year option periods commencing 1 April 2000. A draft statement of work (SOW) will be posted on the following web site to allow for interested parties to download and provide their comments. The SOW is not complete at this time. Workload data is not provided as well as a complete list of equipment to be maintained. This data will be furnished once available on same web cite. Oral presentations are anticipated to be conducted o/a 7-15 Sep 99. The time schedule to make award is aggressive with a target award date of Mid November 99.
