If a minimum of 2-3 quotes are not received from VSB's in the local geographical Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, area, this request will become a 100% SB Set-Aside without further notice; therefore, SB's are invited to provide quotes. Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages must be requested in writing and you must indicate the size of your company to be provided with a package. Request for RFQ's will be accepted up through 18 June 1999. RFQ's will be mailed on 21 June 1999. A Site Visit will be conducted on Wednesday, 30 June 1999, at 9:00 a.m. If you plan to attend the site visit, please allow sufficient time to check-in at Front Gate and be at Building 1215 BY 9:00 a.m. (Driver's license and proof of insurance are required to obtain access to the base.)
