Scope of work asked for one lot to be completed before starting on the second one. Remove and dispose old asphalt. Parking lots together are approximately 11,454 SF. Work around loading dock and storage shed located on the lots. Apply new asphalt to both parking lots (at lease 2" thick of asphalt binder and 1" thick topping). Asphalt shall be smooth, roller marks free and true to grade and cross section. After pavement has cooled and hardened, repaint parking lot with same lines and numbers as existed on the original lots including handicapped symbol.
