NASA/GSFC intends to award multiple Fixed-Priced/Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts for satellite core systems and all necessary design, development, fabrication, integration, test, launch support and on-orbit check-out and operations support to meet the Government's space science, earth science, and technology needs. We anticipate release of the Draft Solicitation on or about June 30, 1999, with an anticipated due date for industry comments on or about July 30, 1999. We anticipate release of the final solicitation on or about August 20, 1999 with proposals due forty-five (45) days later. The draft and final solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will be in Microsoft Office Suite (Word 6.0, Excel 5.0, PowerPoint 4.0) format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. This announcement is intended to satisfy the requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.201 and 5.203 for the final solicitation and no further CBD announcements are anticipated.
