The acquisition is for a turnkey mechanized materials handling system requiring the design, fabrication, installation and testing of the entire air cargo handling system. The primary components of the system include elevating transfer vehicles, powered conveyors for 463L pallets, a pallet storage canopy including foundations, and pallet lifts. The contractor will be responsible for the design and construction of the pallet storage canopy and all equipment foundations. The requirement also includes training government personnel on the operation and maintenance of the equipment plus the inclusion of a one-year parts warranty.
