Management Facility (WMF) has a requirement for a user-friendly
Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) application for firearms accountability
and inventory management. The application will need to track the weapon
from the moment of arrival at the WMF throughout it's history of usage.
This shall include, at a minimum, all information pertinent to the
weapon such as inspections, repairs, specific individual and group
data, inventory of parts and services to include vendors, parts lists,
orders and usage. It shall be capable of tracking parts usage and
generate a report to aid in reordering. It shall further be capable of
tracking scores from firearms qualifications. Other application
capabilities shall include management functions such as forms for
letters, qualifications, orders of parts and report generation as to
record history of weapons, repairs and use. Written request for Request
