The Advanced Systems Concepts Office (ASCO) of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has a requirement to obtain technical analytical support in the following areas: 1) nuclear operations, deterrence, technology & arms control, and other nuclear related issued relative to the DTRA mission; 2) chemical warfare defense; 3) biological warfare defense; and 4) defense technology assessment. The solicitation is expected to result in multiple awards Indefinate Delivery Indefinate Quantity (IDIQ) basis. Task orders will be competitively negotiated for specific requirements. Contracts will be for a base period of two years, with three one-year option periods. The facility clearance required is Secret. Select personnel will require a secret clearance.
