a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial items prepared in
accordance with Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the
only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written
solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a
request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document incorporates
provisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal
Acquisition Circular 90-45. It is anticipated the resulting order will
be awarded on a sole source basis to Bettinger West Interiors of
Columbia, Maryland. The proposed contract action is for supplies for
which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one
source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The requirement is for 350
each Woodcore (Part #: PW11C6A1) and 708 each Steel (Part #: HS126A1)
Panel Floor Tiles. Due to form, fit, and function requirements, no
substitutions to the part numbers will be accepted. The following
