commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR
subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in
the notice. A written solicitation will be issued upon request. This is
a request for quotation (RFQ) number DTCG80-99-Q-3FA6S8. This
solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are
in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. The standard
industrial classification code is 3731 and the size standard is 1000
employees. The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide
all labor, materials, equipment, services, and competence to complete
the following dockside services on the USCGC CAMPBELL (WMEC-909): 1.
Preserve Flight Deck including Port and Starboard boat decks and talon
grid cover with the specification and in accordance with all Federal,
State and Local regulation. The contractor shall accomplish everything
within the Performance period of Aug 16 to Aug 24, 1999. Specifications
to be provided on request. All work shall be performed at State Pier,
New Bedford, MA. Specifications to be provided on request. The
government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to
the responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be
most advantageous to the government, price and other factors
considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offer:

be awarded as part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration
