This project will consist of removing approximately 250LF of existing curb and gutter, excavating to install 8" of compacted #4 aggregate with 1 1/2 inches of base and 1 1/2 inches of wearing course type AC-10. Parking lot will be diagonally striped for 20 stalls 10LF wide and approximately 250LF of straight back curb and gutter. In addition, a concrete spillway will be constructed in the opposing drainage ditch. The project is unrestrected, the SIC is 1771, the small business size standard is $7 million. The estimated cost range for the project is between $25,000.00 and $50,000.00. A payment bond will be required.
