Work includes but is not limited to selective demolition including boilers, boiler accessories, steam piping, condensate piping and related mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. Furnish and install two new building chilled-heating water pumps, two new heating water boilers, two new boiler circulator pumps, boiler accessories, flues and heating water piping. Modification to existing HVAC, plumbing and new electrical work to accommodate the new layout. Work also includes new DDC building control system, including new and existing equipment and all other work included in the specifications and drawings.
