Remove and replace plate exchanger and pump. Install new controls and tie into existing control system at the Courthouse. Upgrade space to comply with ASHRAE 15 standards. Add refrigerant monitor, ventilation and controls necessary for the upgrade. Revise electrical and building features to ensure compliance with ASHRAE. The building is occupied and shall remain occupied during the entire period of construction. Period of performance is 180 calendar days. Estimated cost range of project is $600,000 to $900,000. This contract will be acquired utilizing informal Source Selection procedures with a firm fixed-price award to offeror who provides the best value to the Government.
