The work at the Administrative and Boat Shop Buildings includes: removal of an existing 500 gallon aboveground tank, retaining dike, and related piping; installation of a new double-wall 5000 gallon storage tank, concrete mounting pad, and underground piping; and incidental related work. The work at the UPH (unaccompanied Personnel Housing) includes: removal of existing shingle roof (1900 sf); installation of new shingles; removal of electrical baseboard heating system; installation of new forced air heating/cooling system; installation of new 300 gallon aboveground heating oil tank; and incidental related work. The period of performance is 60 days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated cost of this work is between $25,000 and $100,000.
