all labor, materials, equipment, disposal, transportation and
supervision necessary for Miscellaneous Repairs at USCG ANT Saugerties,
Saugerties, NY (Ulster County). The project involves work in two
different areas at the station. The work at the Administrative and Boat
Shop Buildings includes: removal of an existing 500 gallon aboveground
tank, retaining dike, and related piping; installation of a new
double-wall 5000 gallon storage tank, concrete mounting pad, and
underground piping; and incidental related work. The work at the UPH
(unaccompanied Personnel Housing) includes: removal of existing shingle
roof (1900 sf); installation of new shingles; removal of electrical
baseboard heating system; installation of new forced air
heating/cooling system; installation of new 300 gallon aboveground
heating oil tank; and incidental related work. The period of
performance is 60 days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated
cost of this work is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation will be
available on or about 30 June 1999, for a nonrefundable charge. Checks
