Upgrade irrigation system, Golf Course, principal features of this project shall include, but not limited to a one million gallon, covered storage reservoir enclosed by a chain link fence, reservoir inflow and outflow pipelines, irrigation system through the golf course, irrigation pump station, electrical work to pump house, and incidental related work. Work covered by this specification consists of the contractor furnishing all, labor, equipment, appliances, materials, and performing all operations complete, in strict accordance with the specifications and accompanying Drawing No. H100/6250, sheets 1 through 29, inclusive and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This project is 100% set aside for small business, SIC code 1623, small business standard of $17M. Bid Guarantee, Performance Bonds and Payment Bonds are required for this project. The magnitude of this project is between $1M and $5M. Performance period is 290 calendar days. All contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD Activity.
