Work includes, but is not limited to: demolition, concrete slab on grade, cmu walls, structural and miscellaneous steel, light gage metal framing, insulation, gypsum board, painting, h.m. doors & frames, hardware, signage and electrical modifications to power lighting and service to new HVAC equipment. HVAC work includes replacing 10 single zone constant volume air handling units with one VAV-AHU, replacing single zone ductwork with new ductwork &VAV boxes, replacing dual duct boxes with electronic VAV dual Duct boxes, replacing pneumatic control system with direct digital control & building management system, replacing all chilled and heating water piping with new pvc and cpvc piping, providing primary/secondary pumping control for existing chillers & boilers. Prices for 2 alternates are requested in the solicitation. The estimated construction cost is $2,450,000 to $2,700,000. The performance period is 540 calendar days from receipt of Notice- to- Proceed.
