Proposed upgrade consists of the following items: Hospital Frequency Upgrade -- Crossband Uhf-Medstar-F.Q. To Vhf. 155.340, using existing controller and transceivers; Replace Paging Transmitter -- Use existing antennae & frequency Vhf, replace with 100watt Mtr-2000 station; Shuttle/Use existing Engineering Portables -- Vhf. station; Existing PD UHF Frequency & Telephone Interconnect -- No Change; Engineering frequency at Bldg. #4 -- Upgrade to UHF; Need new UHF frequency; Remotes, Remote Adapters, and Rack Mounting Systems -- Remote Adapters, four each, Remote Control Stations, seven each, and one Rack Mount System, 19" x 52" ; Upgrade existing portables to UHF -- Replace existing portable Radios, w/HT-1250, w/limited key pad, replace approximately 25 radios, purchase remote speaker mikes and leather carry cases for 13.
