This solicitation is for multiple award task order contracts for Legal Advisory services to assist the United States Department of Transportation (DOT) and modal attorneys in negotiation and consummation of Federal credit agreements it will be providing under the Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA), Subtitle E, Chapter 2 of the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (P.L. 105-85). The services may include providing advice and counsel in analyzing the legal aspects of the financing for the project, as well as review opinion letters, draft or modify agreements and ensure credit agreement terms, conditions, covenants, and remedies instruments under TIFIA. The standard industrial classification code (SIC) is 8111.
