The required kiosk must include: Kiosk cabinet, cooling fan, surge protector, 17" color touch screen monitor with SAW controller, built in speakers, HP laser printer and scanner for copying flyers, forms, ect. Computer must include Windows 98 and be compatible with Windows NT 4.0 and the computer program operating system that is utilized by the VA North Texas Health Care System.
