Material removed from Tinker AFB OK shall be disposed of in accordance with federal, state, and local pollution abatement regulations. This procurement will be Full and Open Competition. Ensuing award will be a Requirements-Type contract. Period of Performance will include a (1) one-year basic period and (4) four one-year options.
