Sealed offers are due on or before Friday, July 16, 1999 no later than 4:00 p.m. EST. Award of the project will be based on price and other factors. In addition to a price proposal, a completed Qualification Package and Schedule of Values must be submitted to complete the proposal package. There will be a preproposal meeting held on Tuesday, June 29, 1999 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Boston General Mail Facility, 25 Dorchester Avenue (Room 3001B) to review the project specifics. THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC OPENING OF THE PROPOSALS AND THE RESULTS OF THE ADVERTISEMENT WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED UNTIL AWARD OF THE PROJECT. Work includes, but is not limited to, site work, utilities, interior walls, finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and security cameras as set forth in contract documents, specifications and drawings. The estimated cost of construction is between $2,500,000.00 and $4,000,000.00 with construction completion no later than 300 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
