The project involves construction of a 5,000-sq. ft. prefabricated metal building addition onto an existing 5,000-sq. ft. free-standing prefabricated metal building. This project will include a fire sprinkler system and an IDS (intrusion detection system). Bid documents are available on or about 9 July 1999. Estimated cost of work is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Requests for plans and specifications shall indicate in writing whether firm will bid as a prime contractor or a subcontractor.. Unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Bidders, subcontractors and Dodge/Plan Rooms are required to self-register their firm or office on the Internet to receive one CD-ROM. Electronic medium for the bid submittal documents will not be allowed. Critical Path Method (network analysis system) is required.
