Existing hangar is 40 years old (20,000 SF open bay & 15,000 SF shops) and will be completely renovated. The project involves new interior and exterior finishers, roof replaced, new electrical & mechanical systems installed, and exterior siding replaced. Bid documents are available on or about 7 July 1999. Estimated cost of work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Requests for plans and specifications shall indicate in writing whether firm will bid as a prime contractor or a subcontractor. Unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Bidders, subcontractors and Dodge/Plan Rooms are required to self-register their firm or office on the Internet to receive one CD-ROM.
