The project consists essentially of, but is not limited to the construction of a single story, slab on grade, masonry construction 3,000 SF Visitor Center/Reserve Training Facility, including mechanical/electrical work and site work. This project includes optional requirements landscaping, an underground sprinkler system, masonry screen wall, and sidewalks. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal and is issued on an unrestricted basis to all firms registered with the Central Contractor Registration(CCR). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The contract performance period is 270 calendar days. The project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. The entire solicitation, including the specifications and drawings, will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov.
