Work to be done: The work consists in furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, appliances, materials and, performing all operations in strict accordance with the specifications and the applicable drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The following is a list of the principal features of the project as described in the specifications, shown, noted, or implied upon in the drawingss, showing the general characteristics and extent of the work. Parts not specifically detailed shall be constructed in a manner and spirit conforming to the class of work required for the whole project. (1) Remove existing damaged security fence and boundary fence. (2) Provide new security chain link fence 8 feet high, 3 wire strands on "Y" outriggers, top and botton rails, vinyl coated fabric, 9 Gauge, 4 double swing gates with motors, hardware, etc. (3) Provide new boundary chain link fence 8 feet high, 3 wire strands on "Y" outriggers, top and botton rails, vinyl coated fabric, 9 Gauge, 2 single swing gates 3 feet wide, 1 double swing gate 10 feet wide, and 1 electric sliding gate with motor, hardware, etc. (4) All above mentioned works will be accomplished in accordance with construction drawings and specifications. Location of the project covered by these specifications is at Punta Salinas Radar Site, Toa Baja, Puerto Rico. Mandatory Site Vistit will be conducted the 10 August 1999, 9:30 A.M. at Punta Salinas Radar Site, Toa Baja, Puerto Rico. The estimated price range is between $250,000. and $500,000.
