Install a new 15,000 gallon underground water storage tank, chainlink fence and new waterlines and connect new waterlines to existing building plumbing at six toilet buildings. The project is located at the Tortilla Flat Campground on the Mesa Ranger District of the Tonto National Forest. Contractor shall have 90 calendar days to complete the project. The solicitation will be available on or about June 29, 1999. Award will be made to the offeror whose offer is the overall best value to the Government, considering price and past performance.
