Construction period will be 180 days. Along with this bid proposal the contractor shall submit a listing of at least five installations where playground units similar to those proposed for use have been installed and have been in service for a minimum period of five years. This list shall include owners or purchaser; address of installation; service or maintenance organization; date of installation; contact person and phone number. 1. A statement by the equipment manufacturer asserting that the installed equipment is as specified. 2.
