The solicitation is being amended as follows. The following states are being added to the previously identified areas: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The base contract period will be for one year, with the requirements portion set at $100,000.00 with an option of increasing the capacity an additional $50,000,000.00 using Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity procedures. Two option periods will be included: each for a period of one year, with the requirements portion set at $100,000.00, with an option of increasing the capacity an additional $50,000,000.00 using Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity procedures. The maximum for each task order issued under the requirements portion of the contract (base and options) will be $100,000.00. The maximum for each task order issued under the IDIQ portion is $49,900,000.00. The total duration of the contract, including any options, shall not exceed 3 years.
