F -- FIRE HOSE MAINTENANCE SOL 7-99-R22 DUE 071999 POC Cecilia Rogers, 541/416-6534 or fax 541/416-6661 It is the purpose of this solicitaiton to secure services for the testing, washing, drying and rolling of U.S. Forest Service fire hose. Hose to be serviced includes lined (CIRL) and unlined with cotton, linen, or synthetic jackets. The fire hose will be picked up and delivered by the Contractor at the Redmond Air Center, Regional Fire Cache in Redmond, Oregon. Services will be performed off Government premises selected by the Contractor. This project is an indefinite quantities contract. The minimum number of fire hose for Item 01A is 1" and and 1-1/2" 50' length, minimum of 300. 01B Fire hose 1" and 1-1/2" 100' length minimum of 4,000. 01C Tested fire hose that fails at 300 lbs of pressure for 3 minutes, 1 and 1-1/2" fire hose, 50' length a minimum of 25 and 01D, tested fire hose that fails at 300 lbs of pressure for 3 minutes. 1" and 1-1/2" fire hose 100' length, a minimum of 100.
