A firm-fixed-price- requirements type contract with a one year base and four one year options is anticipated. Services for the one year base and each of the four one year options shall include services for 15 inmates as follows: intake assessment (one per inmate), individual counseling (24 -- half hour sessions per inmate), group counseling (48 -- half hour sessions per inmate). All services shall be performed in accordance with the Transitional Services Statement of Work "Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Substance Abuse Treatment", dated May 1999. Proper licensing in the state of Indiana is required. The estimated issue date is o/a June 28, 1999. The estimated closing date for the RFP is July 29, 1999.
