Two Maho, model #700s, S/N #77397 and S/N #77398, and one Kearneyand Trecker, model #MM600, S/N #5185236. The repair will include performing laser alignment/calibration of machine axes and the issuance of a certificate of calibration traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST); and in accordance with ANSI Z540. Evaluate machine performance parameters per machine specifications. The contractor will be required to correct and bring all out of spec conditions back as close as possible to the manufacturer's parameters. Maintenance efforts shall be limited to the use of machine/controller adjustments, calibration/alignment, and replacement of parts. This scope of work does not constitute a complete rebuild of the machine(s). No telephone requests, only written or faces requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable.
