This is NOT a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but is a Market Survey to identify sources to depaint and paint the exterior surface of the C-130 Aircraft at a contractor facility. This project is estimated to span a performance period of 54 months including options with a total estimate of 176 aircraft. This notice does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this survey. The extent of foreign participation or level of security clearance required to receive a solicitation has not yet been determined. Therefore, participation in this survey may not necessarily result in your company being able to participate in the solicitation.
