V -- AERIAL SERVICES FOR THE MEDFLY PROGRAM IN MEXICO The United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, International Services, will hold a pre-solicitation meeting with all interested vendors of aericl services. Requirement is for aerial spraying of Malathion, and for aerial release of sterile Mediterranean fruit flies in the Mexican States of Chiapas and Tabasco. The meeting is scheduled for July 1 and July 2, 1999, in Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexico. The purpose of the meeting is to communicate the Government's requirements, and to determine the level of support required in order to meet those requirements.
